We can’t believe it’s already been one year since we opened up our showroom on Biggleswade High Street. Not only has this year flown by but we are absolutely thrilled at how welcoming the community has been.
Since opening our shop last year at the Christmas light switch on we’ve made some great achievements and memories. Some of our highlights definitely have to be having the honour of being Designer Kitchen & Bathroom Award finalists along with Robert being a guest speaker at Grand Designs Live, twice! Not only was this a great chance to spread some inspiration but also allowed us to meet some fantastic people, including the one and only Kevin Mccloud!
We’ve also had the pleasure of dealing with the most wonderful clients, working with them to bring their projects to reality. From stunning open plan kitchens to stylish tv and media units to update the living room, we’ve helped absolutely transform our clients homes. Nothing is more rewarding to us than seeing a concept come together from the initial discovery session all the way to the final result being finished and installed. It’s always a great joy to everyone at Jacob Roberts when we finally see the pictures from our most recent completed job.
One of our favorite things about having a high street showroom has to be the people popping in. We’ve loved being able to help new people, working with them to help them along their home transformation journey. Whether it’s been someone stopping by to gather some inspiration or start their project as soon as possible we’ve loved saying hello!
With this year being so wonderful we can’t wait to see where the next will take us, we already have some brilliant projects lined up for the start of next year so keep your eyes open for what’s to come.
For each and every one of you reading this, thank you for being apart of our first year taking the giant leap to the high street. It’s been no small feat and the support we’ve received has meant so much.
